Service Support Display
Step 1: Preliminary Review of Documentation: Contact the relevant business department or complete the application form directly on the website, and submit it—along with product samples, company qualifications, and proof of fiber or yarn usage—by mail to the GosenDa Company Brand Certification Center.
Step 2: Authoritative Testing: Engage an accredited testing agency or designated laboratory to conduct tests in accordance with the relevant standards and issue a test report.
Step 3: Expert Review: Industry experts conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the functionality and process sophistication.
Step 4: Authorization and Certification: Upon successful completion of testing, a certificate will be issued, and the enterprise shall pay the associated fees and apply for hangtag quotas.
Precautions:
Validity Period: The certificate and hang tag are valid for two years and must be renewed by reapplying before expiration.
Proper Usage: Use is limited to certified product categories only; unauthorized diversion is strictly prohibited, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations is mandatory.
The tag will be issued approximately six business days after qualification.
Hang tags are typically issued at a ratio of one tag per 1.5 meters of fabric for apparel; for bedding and sleeping bags, tags are issued based on actual usage; for small-item products, a purchase contract must be provided and the hang-tag fee must be paid.
Please request the official application form from the sales representative; self-prepared forms will not be accepted.
Products with a negative oxygen ion fiber or yarn content of less than 10% and low negative ion content will not be provided with a product tag.
